I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely shared house in Belair, available immediately.
📍 Location: Great connections to the city centre and Kirchberg. A Cactus supermarket and several parks are within walking distance.
💰 Costs:
Rent: €720 + €130 charges/month
Deposit: €720
Insurance (until March 2027, pro rata): €113.50
Furniture buyout: €1,500 (includes all furniture in the room plus 1/5 of the shared furniture, such as the washing machine, TV, sofa, dining table, garden furniture, etc.)
Please note: The landlord requires a valid work contract.
🏡 About the house:
The house is spread over three floors and also has a garden, garage and basement. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, guest toilet and a small terrace leading to the garden.
Your room is on the first floor, where you'll share a bathroom with two housemates. Two more housemates live on the second floor with another shared bathroom. In total, there are 5 people living in the house.
🌍 About the flatshare:
The housemates come from different countries, with English being the main language spoken. It's a friendly and respectful environment with a great balance between socialising and having your own space.
