| Hello everyone! My name is Owen and I am a 20-year-old university student from Los Angeles. I am looking for a housing accommodation, be it renting, subletting, being roommates, etc. that will last me from August 22nd/September 1st through December 21st. I have all necessary documents for guarantors and renting prepared. I am in Paris this Fall Semester to study Politics at Sciences Po.
I am looking specifically for housing in the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 10th, and 11th Arrondissements because of their close location to SciencesPo. My budget is anything below 950 euro/month.
A bit about me: I’m a male turning 20 in August, and I consider myself a clean, respectful, and mature tenant. I love to cook (vegetarian), play guitar, bike, and chat about politics, the arts, music, or film. I speak fluent English and am actively improving my French. I'd be happy to bring a warm, thoughtful presence to your space.
