- Supermarkets, banks, post, Laundromat, corner shops, night shops, bakeries: 1-5 minutes walk.
- Lively, trendy, safe area; park & lakes 2 min walk away.

- Weekly cleaning of common areas: 20 EUR per month
- only 1 month deposit required
I am the owner of the house who is renting it out to students and young professionals. I do not live in that house. |
