Gorgeous flat , very quiet and lumineous, in the earth of Brussels |
| I'm Joachim, 33 years old, a real Brusseleir, as they call us over here. I'm working as a cinematographer in the movie industry. I'm looking for a new flat mate from the 1st of august 2016.
The appartement is very spacious (150 m2), very luminous and extremely quiet. Great kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, gaz cooker, Vitamix, Jazzmax...), a projection room where you will be able to enjoy a great collection of films, and a beautiful terrace with barbecue.
The room I rent is very spacious as well (25 m2) and fully furnished (double bed, desk, wardrobe, sheets, towel...)
Right between the lovely place de la Liberté and place Madou, the flat situation is great. 10 min walk from downtown, 5 min walk from le parc Royale, 5 min walk from many public transport (underground and tramway), 20 min walk from the European quarter and place Flagey.
Their is a storage place for bicycles at the ground floor, and hard to believe, parking space is the street in not a problem at all.
The rent include everything (charges, internet and a cleaning lady twice a month) |
