| Quiet, clean, non-smoker to share my home |
The flat is 85m2, 2 bedrooms, one bath/toilet, big living with kitchen corner and two small balconies. It is bright, on the 5th floor with an elevator. Spartan furnished.
You share the flat with a 37 year old female Indian/Italian, quiet, clean, non-smoker, likes order in the flat, good humored and speaks English, German, Italian and basic French.
Room to rent: is 3m*3.5m with a small balcony, basic furniture, single mattress. Monthly rent is 500 EUR includes electricity, heating, internet. One month’s deposit requested.
You can use most things in the flat (TV, internet, wash machine, dish washer, crockery, utensils). VERY IMPORTANT- The balcony of the room accommodates 2 little dwarf rabbits. I will need access to the balcony through the room to clean, feed and bring my pets inside the living room.
Bathroom/toilet, living and kitchen are shared spaces.
Frequent visitors or parties are not welcome. No overnight stay of friends/partners for longer than 3 days a month.
Location is Rue de Birmingham, Anderlecht, 1 minute walk from Metro 5, stop Aumale.
With Metro 8 mins to city center; 20 mins to Schuman; 15 mins to the European Parliament.
A few night shops around, at 10 mins walking distance is the shopping street Rue Wayez, where most shops are open on the weekend as well. People in this area are from all nationalities, but dominantly Muslim.
